Job Role: Programme Director

Jessica has worked in a variety of health and social care settings, gaining a wide breadth of knowledge and experience since she started her career as a receptionist at Central Middlesex Hospital in 1991. 4 years later, Jessica moved to St. Marys, Paddington as General Manager for Women and Childrens Services. This was then followed by working on an acute provider merger, then moving to Imperial College to learn more about the Research and Education agenda before taking up her first Board role in 2002 and expanding into the forensic mental health field at West London Mental Health Trust.

Jessica moved to the North West in 2007 and moved into a director role at Manchester Mental Health and Social Care Trust. After 4 years, Jessica then wished to develop a deeper understanding of primary care, commissioning and the Greater Manchester agenda and so developed and led the primary care transformation team on behalf of NHS England. Jessica was offered the position of Programme Director for Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care programme and started work on this extensive, exciting and innovative programme in September 2015.
